Cancellation & Modification Policy

 

🛑 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@evridwearcustom.com with your order number.
After this time, your order enters processing and cannot be canceled.

 

✏️ Modification Policy

If you wish to modify your order (such as changing names, photos, or other custom details), please contact us within 2 hours of placing the order.

 

🛑 Must pay attention

 1. We will review your design before production.

  • If we detect any issues (e.g. unclear photo, missing name), we will contact you via email.

  • A response is required within 24 hours.

  • If we do not receive a reply in time, we will proceed with the original design to avoid delay.

Please note: If the final product is unsatisfactory due to lack of response, we are not responsible.

 

2. For non-error orders placed over 8 hours

  • If we accepted your modification request but the change was not reflected in the final product, it may be because the item had already entered production and could no longer be adjusted.
  • In such cases, as production had already begun, we kindly ask for your understanding that further changes were no longer possible. As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a 10–20% partial refund, but we are unable to accommodate returns or replacements.
  • We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in a timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design this holiday season.
