Shipping Policy
All items offered on Graduation Custom are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item/s just for you, one at a time for the best quality!
While we print a portion of our products in-house at our US facilities, we also source from suppliers worldwide to offer our shoppers a greater variety of merchandise. We only work with vendors who abide by our strict quality control guidelines and standards. This is the reason for the delivery times below.

🛑 Delivery Delays

Production-related Delays:
If a delay is caused by production (e.g. customization time exceeding the estimate), we may offer a partial or full refund of your order.
Each product's estimated production time is displayed on our website for your reference. -
Shipping Carrier Delays:
If the delay is due to the shipping carrier (after dispatch), we can refund or reimburse the shipping cost only. Product refunds are not offered in such cases.
👉 To ensure a smooth experience, we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance, especially during peak seasons, to avoid disappointment due to transit delays.
🛑 Estimate Time Of Arrival
We process orders on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.

📌 Please note:
- Canvas / Poster / Metal Sign: These packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
- When your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.
- If your order is personalized and/or needs modifications, it may take a few days for our designer to complete the customization, depending on request complexity.
🛑 Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive email notifications. You can also log in to our website to track your order in real-time.
Some orders may be split into multiple parcels. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers and notifications.
Please allow 5–7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system after it is shipped.
🛑 Incorrect Address
- If we detect incorrect or missing information, we may contact you for an update, which can delay shipping.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. These orders may be disposed of by carriers if undeliverable.
- Returned orders due to incorrect addresses require a re-shipping fee.
- If you ask the carrier to reroute the parcel after dispatch, we are not liable for any loss or damage.
