Replacement & Refund Policy


We will take full responsibility within 45 days from order arrival if the product(s):

1. Significantly different from the preview shown to you.
2. Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier.
3. Wrong item with what you ordered.
4. Missing item.

    You may choose to REPLACE the item or get a REFUND

    (We believe that REPLACEMENT or REFUND may help resolve your issue at best. Thus, we do not have policies for returning and, the original items can be kept at your own disposal.)

    Please keep calm and take a clear photo or video of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to support@evridwearcustom.com.


    If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

    Credit Card: Up to 10 business days.

    Paypal: 3 to 5 business days.

    Please note: We do not accept returns. Do not mail back your order to us. 


    In some cases below, fortunately, a replacement can be sent with just a small fee compared to the original price:

    1. You received the wrong item/ design/ size due to incorrectly customized input.
    2. Your shipping address was returned and destroyed due to incorrect address input.
